Welcome to Poki Labs. Poki Labs is a software studio based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) apply to the website at https://pokilabs.ca(the “Site”) and to any content, features and services we make available through it. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

2. The site and our services

The Site is a marketing website that describes Poki Labs and the work we do — building and hosting websites, web and mobile apps, dashboards, automations and AI tools for our clients. The Site lets you learn about our services and get in touch with us through a contact form.

Any project work, hosting or other services we provide are arranged separately and are governed by the specific agreement we enter into with you for that work. These Terms cover your use of the Site itself, not the delivery of paid services, which is described in those separate agreements.

Unless otherwise noted, the Site and all of its content — including text, graphics, logos, the Poki Labs name and brand, page layouts, design, code and the selection and arrangement of all of the above — are owned by Poki Labs or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by law.

When using the Site, you agree that you will not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any systems or networks connected to it.

• Use the contact form to send spam, harassment, or misleading or deceptive content.
• Scrape, harvest or collect information from the Site through automated means without our permission.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
